酿造

在冬天短暂的休眠期之后,专业人员对剪枝和分枝的要求十分严苛,随后全手工地进行剪叶和除果,除去葡萄结果部位多余的叶子和多余的葡萄果实。

收割一般发生在一天中最早的那几个时辰,用手对每一株葡萄进行拣选,小心翼翼地加以运输。

去梗、榨了葡萄之后,在对温度的严格控制之下,且并对用泵将发酵罐底部的酒液小心抽上来的频率进行重要管控之下,传统的葡萄酒酿造法得以执行。

浸渍一般在12到14天。

陈化过程通过24个月存于400升的橡木桶中,其后5个月存于陶土双耳瓶中来得以完成。陶土双耳瓶能逐渐释出多种芳香元素,并增添些许矿物质的口感。

我们根据预约特供,可以将此种酒以75cl和150cl陶土罐的包装提供。经研究发现,陶土罐在葡萄酒储藏过程中起到特别的安定作用。凭藉陶土中特殊的土质成分,陶土罐保证能防护UVA和UVB,同时,它也是一道绝佳的热障,使储藏其内的葡萄酒比在玻璃瓶中能保存更长的时间。

品酒笔记与建议

酒裙较暗,在明亮的光线下呈紫色。嗅觉上,呈现馥郁的黑色水果和一抹细腻柔和的木香。

口感上,结构复杂、丰富而平衡,收尾有一股美妙的矿物质回味。

此酒可以不加储藏,年轻时开瓶即饮;也可以储藏50年甚至更久之后细加品尝。

Description

Bright, deep and rich. A blend of red fruits (cherries, strawberries) with aromatic herbs (Laurel, Sage), greenpeppers, small shrubs, smoked vanilla and woody fragrance.

You will realize high-quality tannin which can be identifeid with rich taste of black currant, blackberry, licorice, truffle, and toasty smell of wood.

It can be kept for 10 years.

Description

BRAUCOL, this indigenous variety gives this rich, full-bodied and complex wine its typical characteristics.

The flavours are distributed between red fruits, aromatic plants, green pepper, underwood and smoked vanilla.

It is a high-class wine showing good aptitude for aging.

It can be kept for 8 to 10 years.

品酒笔记及建议

深沉的石榴红色,澄澈、富有光泽、美妙的粘稠度,挂杯细腻而下降缓慢。 

浓郁的小红果、桑葚香气营造出怡爽的氛围。 

很上口,细腻的单宁赋予口感丰富的变化,红果的香味渐次加强,回味柔和而悠长。 

温度:16-18°C

Vinification with temperature control, breeding and joints in stainless steel.

Description

Deep garnet, clear, bright disc, beautiful viscosity, with thin legs to slow down.

Intense nose with notes of ripe red berries in a fresh atmosphere.

The attack is easy, change is on fleshy tannins. The aromas of red fruits are borne out. The finish is smooth and persistent.

Temp: 16-18°C

It can be kept for 4 to 6 year.
